At Adivasi Nest, the integrity of our honey starts with ethical sourcing and a commitment to minimal processing. Our honey is not farmed; it is sustainably collected by traditional Adivasi forest dwellers who respect the delicate ecosystem.

  1. Sustainable Sourcing: Our beekeepers, utilizing age-old wisdom, identify wild beehives deep within pristine forests. Only mature, sustainable combs are harvested, ensuring the bees' colony remains intact and protected for future production.

  2. Raw Collection: The honey is collected by hand using traditional, non-violent, and low-impact methods. This careful approach prevents harm to the bees and the surrounding environment.

  3. Cold Extraction (Minimal Processing): Unlike commercial honey, our raw honey is never heated (a process called pasteurization) or subjected to high-pressure filtration. Heat destroys vital enzymes, vitamins, and antioxidants. We use a gentle cold-extraction and slow-filtration method to remove only large impurities like bee parts and wax.

  4. Unprocessed Purity: This deliberate lack of high-speed filtration ensures that the natural goodness—including beneficial pollen, propolis, and natural enzymes—remains fully present in the honey, giving it its superior medicinal value and pure, raw texture.

  5. Quality Guarantee: The result is 100% raw, unheated, and chemical-free honey that retains its dark color, complex flavor, and full nutritional potency.
